Cross Clamp 1 in for Square Tube

A cost-effective semi-adjustable clamp designed for a wide range of applications, this product has demonstrated exceptional strength and durability over many years. It is available with or without M6 screws and nuts to suit your needs.

Wear Strip Profiles

Designed specifically for Calmac conveyors, our wear strip profiles seamlessly clip onto the Marbett conveyor bed channels and are available in three widths of 40mm, 48mm, and 55mm to accommodate a variety of tabletop chain configurations.

Return Rollers

Our return rollers feature a rubber sleeve to minimiz=se chain wear and are available in various styles for side, mid, or specialised applications. These general-purpose rollers are not recommended for chain speeds exceeding 80 meters per minute due to potential noise and hinge pin wear. For higher speeds, opt for larger diameter rollers from trusted suppliers. Please contact us for assistance.

Size Guide Rail Profile

Made from 108mm wide UHMWPE in 3m lengths, we offer three styles to accommodate various products: a can profile or unlabelled bottle featuring a flat face, a labelled bottle profile with a 10mm wide step, and a PET bottle profile with a 25mm wide step.

Rollers

For Band Driven Roller BDR conveyors made of white polypropylene available in parallel and tapered designs to fit Calmac and older CBS Engineering 400mm wide conveyors with both new and used options typically in stock.

Line Control Switch Actuator

Incorporating a torsion spring for enhanced sensitivity adjustment and anti-bounce features, this actuator is designed for compatibility with an 18mm diameter proximity sensor and is securely mounted on threaded rods that can be either screwed into or welded to the conveyor rails.

Return Shoes

Designed to fit any slat or mattop chain conveyor, our return shoes offer simple installation and exceptional durability with a 150mm radius that minimizes scalloping of the chain surface. They are securely retained with an M10 bolt and are available in both black and white options.

Drive Bands

For Band Driven Roller BDR or lineshaft conveyors we offer various lengths that are clip jointed for easy replacement compatible with Calmac and other conveyor systems. We also stock a 13 inch Polyurethane O-ring style specifically for Calmac conveyors. This is recommended for enhanced wear resistance in heavy duty or very high speed applications.
