We often purchase old machines and overhaul or modify them to suit a new customer. We overhaul and modify depalletisers, palletisers, conveyors, dividers, pallet dispensers/ stackers, carton overpackers, platforms and special purpose machines. We don’t usually get involved with fillers or labellers, preferring to leave this work to the specialists.

Machine Rebuilds

Manufacture In-House: With our team of design engineers and comprehensive workshop we have the capability to design and manufacture a wide range of mechanical equipment.

Platform Fabrication: We design and manufacture stairs, platforms, stands, hoppers and frames from mild steel, aluminium or stainless steel.

Installation Services: We will quote to install a complete line, new packing machine, filler, labeller, depalletiser, palletiser or conveyor system etc supplied by a third party. We have no specific alliances so are consequently very flexible in whom we work alongside.

Our quoting service is generally performed at no cost to you.
